Approximately 50-60 pounds of meat total at $8.0 per pound (price as of 9-13-23). Whole lamb orders open in February of each year, first come, first served, and typically close by June, so secure your lamb today! 2023- Butcher date is secured for the week of September 11th. Customer pays for processing costs, which typically runs $125. Purchasing today secures your lamb with a deposit, and remainder of your balance will be billed at processing time.
