About Carlberg Farm Livestock and Produce
We are a family farm in Jamestown, NY, operated by Eric and Ginny Carlberg. Among many other crops, we grow strawberries, sweet corn, squash, tomatoes, and pasture-raised sheep and lamb. By partnering with other local farmers, we also sell maple syrup, honey, and more! Looking for jam that tasted like grandma's? Try Ginny's Jams and Jellies, made small-batch with homegrown and local fruit with unique flavor combinations!

Shopping trends changed during the pandemic to include more flexible options for grocery shopping. Unlike Walmart or Instacart's services, our products are not shopped from a chain store that may hold produce, eggs, and meat for weeks to months before you buy them. Our produce is fresh, hand-picked and selected daily. We promise to shop for you like we would ourselves, selecting only the best FRESH produce for you.
How to Order
To start your order, click account in the upper right and create an account. You can then browse our current inventory on the all products page, fill your cart and use our secured site to pay!
PLEASE NOTE: AS OF 1/1/2024 ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A 3.0% CHARGE TO COVER THE INCREASED PROCESSING FEES. THIS FEE WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN WE FINALIZE YOUR ORDER AS A PRICE ADJUSTMENT.
To avoid this added cost, you can choose to pay with cash or a check at pick up. We also gladly accept EBT/SNAP, Farmer's Market Nutrition Program checks, and Fresh Connect. We only accept these payments in person at the time of pickup.
Farm Pickup
Order and pay either online or at the time of pick up at the farm. We will email you shortly after placing your order to arrange a day and time for you to pick up your order. We need one day processing time, so orders placed by 5pm will be available to pick up at 10am the next morning.Product AvailabilityTo see the products we have available at this moment, simply click on any of the product categories to the left. There is no minimum order size. You can order anything you see listed. Naturally, our inventory is changing all the time, as our supply of products is dictated by the seasons. We will do our best to keep inventories up to date. If any problems arise with your order we will contact you by email.
