Now offering Spring and Summer CSA Shares
Spring CSA is offered through Lantern's Hollow Farm in Kennedy, NY with bi-weekly pick ups at our stand. This CSA is recommended for the greens lovers: cooking and salad greens, and some early season veggies will be offered. We are also excited to partner with Grain Bakery for locally-sourced ingredient sourdough breads, and Barnett's mushrooms cultivated mushrooms. We also these as "add-ons" to the spring or summer CSA's, or they can be stand alone CSA's if you prefer. Need eggs weekly? Save 50 cents per dozen by buying the egg CSA!

How does it work?
Like other CSA models, you as the customer become a part of our farm. By paying at the start of the season (8 week trial), you have pre-paid for weekly boxes of healthy and super fresh produce (and sometimes eggs, jams, and more)! Pick ups for the spring CSA will be bi-weekly (every other week) on Saturdays from March through June. Pick ups for the summer CSA will be weekly, every Tuesday, from June through October. These CSA's will offer vastly different kinds of produce since they are spread over different seasons, so they will work well together if you'd like to do both. The Spring CSA is offered through Lantern's Hollow Farm in Kennedy, NY, via greenhouse production to bring you salad and cooking greens in March!
How do I join?
To get started, purchase your CSA membership by clicking on CSA shares, view packages, then add to your cart. You'll need to check out and select your payment method. Although credit cards are so convenient, the processing fees on large transactions across many customers really impact our business, so we will be adding a 3% credit card processing fee to your order. To avoid this, you may choose to pay cash or check, either in person at our stand during our open hours, or by mail.
New in 2024- SNAP recipients may qualify to pay via their SNAP benefits plus use Double Up Food Bucks to reduce your CSA membership. Please contact us if you are interested in hearing more.
Once your order and payment process is complete, and the season opens for the CSA you chose, you'll be all set to receive your CSA box each week!
